This week went so quickly. It’s hard to believe that it’s Sunday already tomorrow. We had our ups and downs this week, but mostly, I think it was just me. We were out on Thursday. I was pretty grouchy in the morning, but by the time we got to the library, life was good. Our kids love the library. We renewed our card and the kids all picked out books. The van ride is so quiet on the way home from the library. They are all reading, or sleeping in Indy’s case. They come home, unload groceries, and read their library books. I actually have to yell at my boys to put down the books to help with dinner. I really shouldn’t complain about that one.
Friday was pretty quiet, school, dinner, and Mr. Bean episodes with Dad. They all love the British humor.
Today was the best house cleaning day we’ve had in weeks. We had the house clean by 11. I got my bathroom cleaned this morning too. That’s a pretty big deal for me. I never seem to make it in there. The three big boys went over to our new church to have a game day with the other kids from the church. It’s so great for them to be around other homeschooled kids. They are going to get together once a month from here on out. They are really excited, as am I. It’s nice for them to be around other kids like them. Jeff fixed my van, and I made carmel corn for the snack window tomorrow at church. A pretty borning week really. Except for the chickens. That’s for another post.
